Since our founding in 2011, Dalian Jiangyu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of high-performance polymer materials, with a particular focus on PEEK. State-of-the-Art Production Equipment for Quality Assurance
Dalian Jiangyu currently operates 5 compounding extrusion lines, 3 profile extrusion lines, 10 injection molding machines, and 1 special compression molding line, along with multiple machining equipment units. In addition, we have built multiple production lines covering compounding, injection molding, compression molding, extrusion, machining, and composite forming — establishing full-process manufacturing capabilities from material modification to finished products.
- Extrusion molding: Ideal for high-volume, continuous production with excellent dimensional accuracy, superior surface quality, and high efficiency;
- Compression molding: Suitable for large-size, thick-wall, or special-specification profiles, offering high internal density and outstanding mechanical properties.
These two complementary processes enable us to flexibly address the diverse needs of our customers.
Comprehensive Product Specifications for Diverse Applications
Our PEEK profile product range covers rods, sheets, and tubes in a wide variety of specifications, meeting the needs of different industries and application scenarios.
PEEK Rods: Diameters from 4.5mm to 250mm, available in standard lengths of 1000mm or 3000mm. Both small and large diameters, as well as custom lengths, can be produced upon request.
PEEK Sheets: Thicknesses from 3mm to 110mm, with standard dimensions of 500mm × 1000mm. Sheets of various sizes can be manufactured.
PEEK Tubes: We offer over a thousand mold specifications to choose from, with tube dimensions customizable to meet specific customer requirements.
In addition, we can custom-design specialized molds for PEEK rods, tubes, and sheets to accommodate personalized and non-standard product needs.
Superior Material Properties for Reliable Performance
PEEK is renowned for its exceptional combination of properties. Our PEEK profiles offer the following key advantages:
- High temperature resistance: Glass transition temperature of 143°C, melting point of 343°C; heat deflection temperature exceeds 315°C with glass or carbon fiber reinforcement; UL-recognized continuous use temperature of 260°C;
- High strength: Tensile strength of pure PEEK exceeds 100MPa; carbon fiber-reinforced grades achieve up to 300MPa;
- Excellent wear resistance: Ideal for high-friction and high-wear applications;
- Chemical resistance: Resistant to a wide range of solvents, acids, alkalis, and chemical media;
- Hydrolysis resistance: Can be repeatedly cleaned in high-temperature steam without performance degradation;
- Self-lubricating: Low coefficient of friction, suitable for oil-free lubrication applications;
- Dimensional stability: Low water absorption (0.01%–0.6%) ensures excellent dimensional stability;
- Flame retardancy: Achieves V-0 rating (at 3mm/6mm thickness);
- Excellent electrical insulation, with conductive, thermally conductive, and anti-static variants available through modification.
